Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Aura ("the app", "we", "our"), published by Alican Tilki. By downloading, installing, or using Aura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Aura is an AI-powered style-finder. You provide a selfie and answer six lifestyle questions; we return an aesthetic archetype reading (the "Analysis"). Premium subscribers can generate AI portraits ("Transformations") of themselves in different archetype styles.

Aesthetic readings and transformations are subjective AI outputs intended for entertainment and self-discovery. They are not professional styling, beauty, or psychological advice.

2. Account

Aura uses anonymous accounts by default. You don't need an email or phone number to use the app. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete account).

3. Subscriptions and credits

• Premium plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play.
• Each plan grants a set number of transformation credits that reset on each billing cycle. Standard-resolution transformations cost 1 credit; high-resolution (2K) transformations cost 2 credits.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
• Prices are shown in the app and may change over time. Material changes will be communicated before the next renewal.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. We do not issue refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to selfies you upload. By using the app you grant Aura a limited license to process your selfie for the purpose of producing your archetype reading and transformations. We do not claim ownership of, sell, or publicly publish your selfies or generated portraits without your explicit consent.

Generated transformation portraits are AI-produced derivative works based on your selfie. They are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain the right to use anonymous, aggregated metrics about transformations to improve the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload selfies that depict anyone other than yourself, unless you have their explicit consent.
• Use Aura to generate deepfakes, deceptive imagery, harassing content, or any material that depicts minors in suggestive or harmful contexts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
• Resell or commercially exploit transformation portraits without our written permission.
• Attempt to access another user's data.

7. AI outputs

Aura uses third-party AI models, accessed via Wiro.ai, to analyse selfies and generate transformations. AI outputs can be imprecise, surprising, or occasionally unflattering. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or that the output will match your expectations.

8. Service availability

We provide the service on an "as is" basis. Aesthetic readings and transformations rely on third-party AI services that may experience downtime. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules. You may stop using the app at any time; deleting your account from inside the app fully removes your data from our systems.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app and the "last updated" date here will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
